New untreated substrates Plasterwork, filled substrates and derivatives: The substrate to be treated must be coherent, load-bearing and sufficiently hard. Remove loose plaster residues and decarbonize impurities. Dust carefully and thoroughly. Remove dirt, grease, dust, etc. from the surfaces. • 1 layer of ALPHATEX PRIMER SF or ALPHACRYL PRIMER or ALPHACRYL PURE PRIMER SF. Depending on the porosity of the substrate, dilute the primers max. 10% with water • 1 or 2 coats of ALPHA REZISTO MAT (*) Wood (*) and derivatives, PVC (after it has become matted) that are part of the treatment substrate: • 1 layer of RUBBOL BL PRIMER • 1 or 2 layers of ALPHA REZISTO MAT Ferrous metal parts that are part of the substrate to be treated: • 1 layer of REDOX AK PRIMER • 1 or 2 layers of ALPHA REZISTO MAT Non-ferrous metal parts that are part of the surface to be treated: • 1 layer of REDOX AC MULTIPRIMER • 1 or 2 layers of ALPHA REZISTO MAT Remarks: (*) Some surfaces must be specifically insulated to prevent dull stains, risk of bleeding, water-soluble stains. For example, certain types of wood, surfaces contaminated with nicotine, ... In such cases: apply 1 coat of ALPHACRYL PRIMER or ALPHA SASTOPRIM as a base coat. Only repaint the next day. On already treated substrates in good condition, where the adhesion is still good and which are not porous: • Local updating with or 1 layer overall with ALPHATEX PRIMER SF or ALPHACRYL PRIMER or ALPHACRYL PURE PRIMER SF • 1 or 2 layers of ALPHA REZISTO MAT Old paint systems in poor condition, with insufficient adhesion, old varnish layers or other incompatible paint systems: Remove all old paint layers and then treat them like a new untreated surface.
