When the products you have ordered are in stock and you order on a working day before 16:00, you normally receive your order after 1-2 days. Does the order have to be delivered in the Netherlands? Please contact our customer service for the delivery time.
Products that are not in stock are ordered from the supplier. In that case your order will be delivered within 4 working days. If you want to know the exact stock status, you can contact us by sending an email to: email@example.com .
The delivery of our packages are provided by Bpost and all products are sent in one go. When you place an order with products with different delivery times then the delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
We assume that the order is checked by the customer for possible errors before the order is placed. Orders are almost immediately mixed and prepared for shipment. The order can therefore no longer be changed.

Please note: paint products that have been made of color can not be returned.
For all other products you have 14 days to register your return, provided that:
- the products are undamaged.
- the products are unopened and in the original packaging.
- the products are not specially ordered for you or colored
- you pay the return costs yourself
- to pre-register the products via mail or telephone
- we will pay your credit note within a few days after the goods have been received back.
When you send the return via parcel post, ask for a shipping receipt. This means you can always prove that you have actually sent the product. If the products get damaged during the return shipment, this is at the risk of the customer.
